We, at Stone RMT have been hard at work trying to ensure that when we are able to re-open our doors again to the public, that our regulars and new patients feel safe and comfortable to come back for their massage therapy treatments.
It has been a challenging time for all, but we are all here to support one another.
Stone RMT started a Five-Day Pay-it-Forward eGift Card Challenge in April that raised enough funds from your amazing purchases, to provide 31 $15 Gift Cards to the Oshawa Lakeridge Hospital so that our Heroes, doctors and nurses, can have the opportunity to get the care they need in the hopefully, nearer future. Thank you, to everyone that participated in this challenge, purchased an eGift Card, and supported your community and your local Registered Massage Therapy small business. Your efforts and generosity are to be commended.
What are we doing now?
Currently, we are working on improving our back office such as our website, our email service (which is part of our plan to improve our Customer care and support), improving the way that we collect Feedback from our customers, and improving our Social Media platforms to ensure we are providing free advice and help to our friends and community that might benefit from our health and self-care tips. What are we doing to ensure safety in the clinic regarding COVID?
Great Question! We have made an order for PPE Supplies, to arrive soon. The CMTO and RMTAO are in frequent communication with us to ensure we are up to speed regarding cleaning and screening protocols, as well as keeping us informed regarding re-opening. Which at this time, non-essential businesses' closure has been extended until May 19 2020. We will update you May 19th once we hear more.
