Massage Therapy is much much more than just a body rub. However, touch alone has been studied and proven to be highly therapeutic and helpful in reducing pain and stress. We value that "touch" in our profession, and would never under-value or underestimate it's wonderful impact on healing.
That said, Massage Therapy is much much more.
It is Assessing joints, tissues, pathology - it is digging deeper and locating the source of your pain and discomfort, and taking the necessary steps to guiding you back to health and well-being. We do not have a magic pill that will make you better in one shot. We do not use expensive tools and toys and machines made to intimidate and make you believe you will magically get better after a few treatments from it.
And temporary relief - well, you can get temporary relief just about anywhere. You can probably get it cheaper and faster than here. But we are not about temporary relief. We strive for long-term health, and for you to have a long healthy life. In her seventh year as a dedicated professional healthcare provider, Heather continues to achieve excellence in caring for a diverse spectrum of patients encountering a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and cooperated with many other healthcare providers including RMT’s and Chiropractors to deliver the best integrated healthcare for their patients.
Having completed a rigorous five year training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Heather brings a knowledge of health and wellness to every interaction with patients. Heather believes that wellness is a goal that every person can achieve and live a life free of discomfort and pain.
Her current practice includes women in all stages of life - including fertility, childbirth and post-partum, mid-life challenges, perimenopause and menopause as well as aging with grace. A focus on mental health, anxiety, stress and depression for men and women as well as successful and ongoing treatment of pain of all types and causes round out a diverse practice.

With a passion for both injury prevention and performance recovery, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her treatments. A graduate of York University (2014) in Athletic Therapy and the Ontario College of Health and Technology (2021) in Massage Therapy, Jessica is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her background blends her expertise in sports nutrition, athletic performance, and manual therapy to provide a comprehensive approach to recovery.
Jessica is a skilled manual therapist who combines a variety of techniques, including fascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, mobilization, and Swedish massage. Her work with athletes and clients of all ages helps them not only recover from injuries but also optimize their physical performance.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica is actively involved in the sports world, serving as the team athletic therapist for hockey in the winter and lacrosse in the summer. She has a deep understanding of the demands athletes face, having grown up playing competitive fastball, which led her to pursue a career in Fitness and Health Promotion. Jessica furthered her education at UOIT in Oshawa, completing a Kinesiology degree before transitioning into Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy.
Jessica’s holistic approach to healing is driven by a genuine passion for helping people move and feel their best, whether they’re recovering from an injury or working toward peak performance.

Meg brings a calming, yet magnetic energy to her classes, blending deep relaxation with just the right spark of fun. As a Yin and Energy Flow teacher, she guides students through thoughtful, soul-soothing practices that support both body and mind—always with a personal touch.
Known for her charisma, sense of humor, and love for building real connections, Meg creates a space where everyone feels seen and supported. You might find her adding essential oils or incense to class for deep relaxation—or surprising you with a playful “guess that song/movie” game to keep things light and joyful.
Outside the studio, Meg enjoys music, dancing, long walks, spontaneous adventures, and spending time with her students beyond the mat. She believes that healing and community go hand in hand—and her classes reflect that beautifully.

With a background as a former professional ballerina and high-level athlete, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of dealing with injuries, surgeries, and the recovery process. Over time, I realized the immense value of self-care—and yoga has been a transformative part of my journey.
A few years ago, I discovered yoga, and it completely changed my life. Not only has it improved my strength, flexibility, and mobility, but the practices of breathwork and meditation have brought peace and balance to my life.
