No. Your plan determines the amount covered. Deductibles, co-payments, annual limits, and service or practitioner eligibility can affect the amount payable. You are responsible for any balance your insurer does not cover.
You pay StoneRMT for your visit. If a claim can be submitted on your behalf, your insurer reimburses you according to your plan. Otherwise, use your paid receipt to submit the claim yourself.
Coverage varies by service and practitioner credentials. Please confirm your benefits for the specific appointment you are booking, including physiotherapy, massage, athletic therapy, nutrition, or classes. One covered service does not mean all services are covered.
If the claim cannot be submitted or processed at your visit, payment to the clinic is required. We provide a receipt for paid services, which you can submit to your insurer if your plan permits.
