Mellissa's 12U Intensity volleyball team with Durham Attack recently took home Gold at their first Invitational Tournament!
Mellissa continues to try and find new and fun ways to work with youth in our community. She enjoys teaching them how to take care of their bodies and become stronger, healthier athletes.
