We do not use expensive tools and toys and machines made to intimidate and make you believe you will magically get better after a few treatments from it.

We strive for long-term health, and for you to have a long healthy life. In her seventh year as a dedicated professional healthcare provider, Heather continues to achieve excellence in caring for a diverse spectrum of patients encountering a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and cooperated with many other healthcare providers including RMT’s and Chiropractors to deliver the best integrated healthcare for their patients.

Having completed a rigorous five year training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Heather brings a knowledge of health and wellness to every interaction with patients. Heather believes that wellness is a goal that every person can achieve and live a life free of discomfort and pain.

Her current practice includes women in all stages of life - including fertility, childbirth and post-partum, mid-life challenges, perimenopause and menopause as well as aging with grace. A focus on mental health, anxiety, stress and depression for men and women as well as successful and ongoing treatment of pain of all types and causes round out a diverse practice.

Come breath with me! Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to promote healing, self-discovery and transformation. By consciously altering the breath, we can access deep emotional release, reduce stress, relaxation, soften your nervous system, balance your mood, process or heal emotional pain or trauma and enhance overall well- being.

I will guide you through the practice in a safe and supportive environment accompanied by loud music. During the practice you will engage in a circular breathing pattern that helps bypass the thinking mind and activates the body’s innate ability to heal. After this intense breathing phase you will return to normal breathing and meditation. It’s common to feel uncomfortable and experience various emotions and sensations during the practice, which is all part of the journey.

Whether you are seeking emotional healing, stress relief, or personal growth, Breathwork can be a transformative tool to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
