Come breath with me! Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to promote healing, self-discovery and transformation. By consciously altering the breath, we can access deep emotional release, reduce stress, relaxation, soften your nervous system, balance your mood, process or heal emotional pain or trauma and enhance overall well- being.
I will guide you through the practice in a safe and supportive environment accompanied by loud music. During the practice you will engage in a circular breathing pattern that helps bypass the thinking mind and activates the body’s innate ability to heal. After this intense breathing phase you will return to normal breathing and meditation. It’s common to feel uncomfortable and experience various emotions and sensations during the practice, which is all part of the journey.
