Our strength training classes provide a fantastic full-body workout! We use resistance to help you build strength, tone your muscles, and burn those calories away. Each session features a mix of bodyweight exercises, weights, resistance bands, and steps, all designed to encourage muscle growth. You’ll love the many benefits of strength training! It helps prevent injuries, reducing the risk of falls and sports injuries by a third, and cuts overuse injuries by nearly 50%. Check out the class description for more details.
